In 1975 werd ELT Business Group gesticht. In maart van dit jaar begon deze groep als een klein winkeltje van 450m² met slechts 7 medewerkers. De oprichter van ELT, Francisco Artero Fernández, was degene die verantwoordelijk was voor de creatie van Especialidades Luminotecnicas – deze werden gebruikt voor de productie van ballasten – en belichtingsinstallaties. De vestigingen in Zaragoza, die een ruimte van meer dan 32.000m² beslaan, hebben een team van meer dan 250 in dienst.
